Walking!
Take a break from your quarantine, put in some headphones, and just walk wherever you can for as long as you can. If I have a podcast going, it provides the perfect environment to learn end engage with the conversation at hand. If I just play music, I find my mind wanders and I think about parts of my life/make decisions -- it becomes very therapeutic, like a mindfulness exercise. To top it all off, it's an easy and effective means of exercise. All you need is comfortable shoes!
