“My team and I are all located in Russia a country that is very behind in terms of accepting non traditional ideas. The LGBTQ community is discriminated not only by people of the country but also by the government that bans any gay "propaganda".
Through our work we wanted to show how clothing has no gender. Seeing people abroad being able to express themselves with clothes and makeup that "aren't" traditionally made for their sex, made us want such ideas to be more recognized in our country. We want people to learn more about gender identity and not judge people for what they choose to wear.”
