“In April 2019, Intervention, an emo-space rock band from Jacksonville, FL went on tour with Daisyhead (from Nashville) throughout cities in FL, GA, and AL, finishing up in TN.
One night we drove overnight to Adam’s moms house in South FL so that we could have a pool day before the show the next day. We slept in, had breakfast with Mama Debbie, then headed to the pool with a cooler full of Coronas on a golf cart. It was so awesome relaxing in the sun just hanging out rather than driving all day like we had done everyday before. That night, after the show a drunk driver hit our van when we were loading up. All of the boys took off running after the car but it wouldn’t stop. At one point the car was going the wrong way on a one-way street and swerving… Justin threw his knife at the car from over 20ft away and it shattered the back windshield. I swear it was like a scene in a movie, we all started freaking out because we were not expecting his aim to be so good running full speed.”
